IYAF new innovative program Tareeqak Akafak. It is a part-time 9 week mentoring/ life and soft skills program for youth & young adults living in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Created by Jordanian to increase the employability of participants by equipping them with crucial skills that are in demand at the job market. Our deep believe is that everyone has the potential to flourish. The program is based on three pillars: mentoring, experiential learning and career guidance.
This culture is based on three pillars, known as the 3 "E's" of sustainability, and they are:
Equity: education and empowerment of individuals to be responsible in the consumption of resources and their impact on them.
Environment: the conservation of natural resources and the reduction of impacts on eco-systems.
Economy: Involves the constructive participation in building and supporting different endeavors.
IYAF works towards empowering youth to obtain technical skills and professional capacity to become ambassadors of change in their communities and professional careers through various models of innovation, research, civic engagement, entrepreneurship and model United Nations
During our four years of operation. we consulted and aided 9 successful initiatives and connected more than 3000 individuals from different backgrounds, fields and experiences.
